Introduction: Prescription errors are common and every step in the process of writing a prescription has potential for error. These can be broadly attributed to lack knowledge or skill. Poor legibility, inaccuracy writing, incomplete prescriptions, omissions, use abbreviations most type errors. Objectives: The primary objective our study was assess completeness legibility prescriptions.
